PURELAND / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

We wrote this in direct language so you can understand what we collect, what you can expect, and how to reach us.

These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you and Pureland when you use our website, creative tools, and related services.

1. Using Pureland

Pureland is operated by Pure Land Inc. (“Pureland”, “we” or “us”). We provide creative software, design tools, and related resources, including Meshi. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use Pureland on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your account and access

Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share paid editor access outside your licensed team. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite follows these Terms.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that threatens the product, other users, or our team.

3. Plans, payments, and trials

Paid plans are billed according to the interval you select. Studio is billed as one subscription that includes a fixed number of seats, shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. You can manage seats and billing in your workspace or by contacting our team.

Trials, discounts, and introductory offers may have separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly promised by us in writing.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Your content and our tools

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload using Pureland. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.

Pureland, Meshi, our software, product interfaces, templates, and brand materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription in line with your plan.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Pureland to violate the law, infringe someone else’s rights, distribute harmful code, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the product except where that restriction is not permitted by law.

Do not resell, rent, or sublicense access to Pureland unless we have agreed to it in writing. Creator and Studio plans include commercial use of work you make with the tools, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep Pureland useful and available, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect output, or that the service will meet every project requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, Pureland’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Pureland and cancel a subscription at any time. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms or if required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
